What is intense pulsed light (IPL)?
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is a broad-spectrum light therapy that emits multiple wavelengths to target various skin conditions, including pigmentation and inflammation.
Though not commonly used for hair regrowth, some off-label uses involve stimulating the scalp or managing seborrheic dermatitis, which may indirectly support hair health.
IPL is sometimes compared to red light therapy, but RLT uses a more targeted wavelength range and is generally considered safer and more effective for consistent hair stimulation.
