REVIAN Referral Program Terms & Conditions
General
The REVIAN Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) apply to REVIAN Inc, and its agents and assigns (collectively, “REVIAN”), Referral Program (the “Program”). When used in these Referral Terms, the words “User”, “Referrer“, “I”, “me”, “my” or “you” mean the person/referrer who participates in the Referral program through REVIAN’s mobile app found in the Apple App Store and Google Playstore (the “App”). Participants of the Program must be a registered user of REVIAN. By participating in the Program, referring a friend to do likewise, or otherwise participating in the Program, I agree to be bound by these Referral Terms, and continue to be bound to previously agreed upon REVIAN’s Terms of Sale (https://revian.com/terms-of-sale/), REVIAN’s Terms of Service (https://revian.com/terms-of-service/) and REVIAN’s Privacy Policy (https://revian.com/privacy-policy/) all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Program Overview
Through the Program, you may earn a $100 Amazon eGift card (a “Reward”), to be directly emailed to the email address registered to your REVIAN account when a friend, family member or associate purchases the REVIAN Red Hair Growth system through your unique referral link (“Reward Action”), which is generated and available to distribute through the REVIAN Referral Program screen of the App. Delivery of Reward is to be no sooner than 10 days after the completed purchase made through your unique referral link, as to allow the purchaser time to return their unopened REVIAN Red Hair Growth System per the REVIAN Terms of Sale if inclined. If purchaser decides to return their REVIAN Red Hair Growth System prior to the 10th day after purchase, no Reward will be issued to the referrer. Once the purchaser is outside the 10-day window and no longer qualifies to return their purchase, REVIAN will process your Reward and email it directly to your registered email address with REVIAN. REVIAN will make its best efforts to deliver Reward between Day 11 & Day 18 after the qualified purchase has been made.
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A REWARD, I MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND REVIAN RED USER . As detailed in the Terms of Sale and Terms of Service, in order to create an approved REVIAN Account, users must meet certain eligibility requirements, provide support documentation when necessary, and reside in a location included in REVIAN’s list of eligible jurisdictions.
I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for all taxes arising from receipt, acceptance or use of my Reward (including sales, income and property tax, if applicable). I acknowledge and agree that I may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9, which requires disclosure of my social security number, and an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the total value of my Rewards will be issued to me as required by law.
Certain Limits
REVIAN provides you with tools to share various codes and links related to Rewards Actions that involve referrals. ANY COMMUNICATIONS THAT YOU DO MAKE IN CONNECTION WITH REFERRALS MUST BE HONEST AND ACCURATE, AND DISCLOSURE THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE A REWARD. As part of your participation in the Program, you understand and agree that you are responsible for making truthful and accurate statements in connection with any referrals, and can be held liable for any false or misleading statements you make. Any emails that you send under the Program must comply with federal CAN-SPAM Act requirements. Information about the CAN-SPAM Act is available at https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business. You are solely responsible for complying with the requirements of this section, and REVIAN will not be responsible for your failure to do so. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in immediate termination of your Program participation. In addition, you may be responsible for any resulting damages.
REVIAN reserves the right to refuse payment of Rewards if (i) REVIAN believes, in good faith, that a user has committed fraud, that a Reward Action is not legitimate, or that a user does not qualify for or has taken some action to justify closure of a REVIAN Account; or (ii) an applicable legal authority determines that the Program violates any statute, regulation or other legal requirement.
I understand that REVIAN reserves the right to change or modify these Rewards Terms, at REVIAN’s sole discretion. Without limitation, REVIAN may terminate the Program at any time; provided that, unless the Program is terminated due to the requirements of an applicable legal authority, REVIAN will honor any pending Rewards properly credited to your account prior to the termination of the Program. I understand that these Rewards Terms may be amended by REVIAN, with revised terms posted on the Website and in the REVIAN App, emailed to me, or by any other means that REVIAN may choose to adopt in the future. The method of notification for any changes to these Rewards Terms shall be at REVIAN’s sole discretion. All changes and modifications will be effective immediately upon posting or sending such notification to me via electronic means. I understand that my continued use of the REVIAN Platform, accessing my REVIAN Account or participating in the REVIAN Service constitutes an act of acceptance with respect to any such changes or modifications that REVIAN may make. If I do not agree to the terms in effect when I am accessing my REVIAN Account, I must stop using the REVIAN Referral Program Platform.
